Garbage
My friend Stephen picks up garbage as he walks along. When he has a handful, he deposits it in a bin. When you first encounter this behaviour, it seems eccentric, although I don’t think Stephen would mind being thought of as eccentric. However thinking about it a bit more, I can see a powerful logic.
